With our second round of crowdfunding officially complete, and shares being issued last week, the team at Greenfern wanted to acknowledge those who were involved, and those who believed in us

In total we raised $2,883,000!

So, a big thank you to the mammoth effort that was made by those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and those who stopped by and bought shares. We are humbled by the support and are happy to have so many Kiwis here with us for the journey.

2020 has been a ride for all of us, and as we look towards 2021 we are excited about the opportunities that lay ahead.

With the money raised we will be purchasing the on-site hydropower station to drive further growth. We will also be listing on an exchange like NZX or ASX to provide liquidity to our shareholders as well as other benefits for Greenfern and we are looking at what’s next for our Normanby facility. We will keep you updated as we grow.

Right now we are busy planting and preparing hemp at our Lake Hawea and Normanby locations. Once harvested it will make its way into things such as our Hemp Meat substitute products, which will be ready early next year via our commercialization partner Sustainable Foods Limited.
