The following terms and conditions apply to all users of www.gfi.nz and to all purchases of goods from Greenfern Industries Limited. Greenfern Industries and MaTo are brands owned by Greenfern Industries Limited.

By viewing and using the website you will be deemed to agree to these terms of use without qualification. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should discontinue viewing www.gfi.nz.

Intellectual Property: Please be aware that our website contains trademarks which can belong to either Greenfern Industries Limited or third-party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner and will be considered a violation of copyright law. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means other than as expressly permitted by the Copyright Act 1994 or with our express permission.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by Greenfern Industries Limited of goods or services, is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable in any event for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person. 
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Greenfern Industries Limited and www.gfi.nz. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product. If you feel this is the case, please contact us.

Returns Policy: Greenfern Industries Limited makes every effort to provide detailed descriptions and quality photography of all products. We do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. As a result, when you are selecting and finalising the purchase of your products please take time to do so carefully.

Price: All prices on www.gfi.nz are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices include GST when purchased in New Zealand and exclude GST when purchased elsewhere. We may alter prices without notice.

Online Store & Payment: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All transactions on our website use industry best practice encryption and security. Our staff, contractors and developers don't have access at any time to any card data entered into the website.

Supply: Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Any problems will be addressed in a friendly and efficient manner, with your total satisfaction as our over-riding concern. On receipt of a purchase order we will endeavour to supply you with the goods within 2-4 working days. For rural deliveries, please allow up to 5 working days. Please contact us should you wish to query or track your item if it has not been delivered within the specified timeframe. 
Occasionally, a product you order may be temporarily out of stock. In this case we’ll contact you promptly to make arrangements to either substitute or delete the item, or hold your order until the item becomes available again. Naturally, we’ll refund you for any goods we cannot supply unless you agree to a substitute. 
We endeavour to provide products in perfect condition and accept full responsibility for products received in faulty condition. In the unlikely event your goods do not reach you in a satisfactory condition, please contact us. We will gladly issue you with a refund or arrange a replacement where possible. Please keep any damaged items and packaging in the same condition as they are received, and email us a photo if possible. This can assist us in making a claim to the courier.
